We picked healthy meals (ok, to be fair, not ALWAYS the most delicious .. but still) and we would cook like 2-3 of them in one weekend. Then we freeze them in "real" serving sizes (you know what I mean .. haha) and use them for lunches. I lost 9 lbs in one month doing that! I was really really good about it. I've not been AS good lately, but that would be my recommendation. We eat a lot more fresh fruit and vegetables, whole grain breads and cereals, and smaller portions. After so many years it's a slow process. You are young, so you should have great success. Exercise has never been a problem for me. I love working out...going to the gym, weight training, yoga, walks, hiking, swimming, skiing...I love all that stuff. It's almost always been the eating part that I have such a hard time with.
