Dear Baby,
I love you dearly and can't wait to meet you! Can you please help Mommy out by cooperating and dropping down the way you are supposed to? If not, the doctor may want to go in and get you, and Mommy really doesn't want us to meet that way. So, how about we work together on this one? You can take your time, but we need to make a little bit of progress before we see the doctor again next week.

Boss is probably a girl. She's probably fixing her hair, putting on mascara and lip[tick, changing shoes, whatever you ladies do to make us guys wait!
