1. A good friend of mine joined Weight Watchers today and it inspired me to stop pretending to be on the weight-loss-train and actually get on! I'm going to start using the Weight Watchers website that I've been paying for.
2. I made this decision after I had ice cream and salami (not together) for dinner.
3. I have forgotten my old mantra, "Don't give up what you want the most for what you want in the moment." I want to lose weight and be healthy the most, I don't want to give it up for the delicious but fattening food that beckons me.
